Tribble answers the sponsor’s RFI with the studies you actually ran.

Sponsor RFIs and RFPs, vendor qualification questionnaires, Part 11 questions and bid defenses, answered from what your operations, quality and legal owners already approved.

Sponsor RFIs: Tribble answers the therapeutic experience tab from the studies you ran, not the ones you only proposed. An indication you haven’t run goes to clinical operations.

Sponsor RFPs and RFIs

Tribble answers each section the way its owner approved it.

The sponsor’s RFI comes first, then the RFP, then the bid defense. Clinical operations, quality, data management, security and legal each own their sections. Tribble drafts every section from the answers its owner at your company already approved, in the sponsor’s template. Only an answer that changed since its last approval, like one built on a revised SOP, goes back to its owner.

  • Experience, operations, quality, systems and contract answers, each from its own owner
  • An answer built on a revised SOP goes to your VP quality in Teams before it is reused
  • Every answer shows its source and who approved it
One sponsor RFP, drafted section by section. Only the answer built on a revised SOP goes back to quality.

Vendor qualification, Part 11 and CSV

Tribble answers the qualification questionnaire from the SOPs and validation records quality approved.

Before award, the sponsor’s quality team qualifies you: your quality system, training, the validation of every system used on the study, audit trails, electronic signatures and data integrity. Tribble drafts each answer from your SOP index, validation summaries and Part 11 controls statement. A question none of them covers goes to the person who owns it, in Teams. Your quality and validation owners approve every answer.

  • Answers from your SOP index, training records and validation summaries
  • A question about changes after a protocol amendment goes to your validation lead in Teams
  • Every answer keeps its source, its approver and the date
A biotech’s vendor qualification questionnaire. A question with no approved answer goes to validation in Teams.

Bid defenses · Tribble Engage

Tribble keeps the bid defense on answers your owners approved.

A biotech asks at the bid defense whether you can build its study in its own EDC instead of yours. Your business development lead asks Tribble in Teams and gets the approved answer, with its source, before the meeting moves on. What you say in the room matches what the proposal said.

  • Approved answers by service, system and country, with the source attached
  • Live suggestions on recorded calls, with consent
  • Follow-ups drafted to Outlook, so you send and archive as you do today
Asked in Teams. Tribble answers from the data management services statement your validation lead approved.

Quality agreement and MSA terms

Tribble keeps every quality agreement answer on the terms legal approved.

Sponsors ask about your quality agreement in the RFI, in the qualification questionnaire and again at contracting: audit notice, subcontracting, record retention. Tribble answers from your standard quality agreement, and keeps each version of an answer, who approved it and every document it went into. When a term changes, you can see which responses went out under the old one.

  • Audit, subcontracting and record retention answers from your standard quality agreement
  • Each version, its approver and every RFP and questionnaire it went into
  • Export the record when a sponsor’s auditor asks. Your team sends it
The record behind a quality agreement answer: each version, its approver, and where it went.

Security and data protection reviews

Tribble answers the sponsor’s security review from the documents your security team keeps current.

Before a sponsor shares study data, its IT risk team sends its own review: SOC 2, data hosting, subprocessors, MFA and data transfers. Tribble answers from your current security documents, and anything out of date goes to your CISO in Teams.

A sponsor’s third-party security review. A SOC 2 report past its period goes to your CISO for the bridge letter.

Everything Tribble answers when you work for pharma and biotech sponsors.

Grouped by who owns the answer. Every one draws on the same approved experience, SOPs, validation records and past responses.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does Tribble need access to trial subject data?

No. Tribble works from your proposals, experience summary, SOPs, validation summaries and past responses. Each source keeps the permissions it already had, so people only see what they’re allowed to see.

Does Tribble decide whether our systems are Part 11 compliant?

No. Tribble drafts Part 11 and CSV answers from the validation summaries and SOPs your quality team approved, with the source on each, and your validation and quality owners approve them. Tribble itself is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

How does Tribble keep therapeutic experience answers accurate?

Tribble drafts experience answers from the summary your clinical operations team approved, by indication, phase and country. When a sponsor asks about an indication the summary doesn’t cover, Tribble sends it to its owner instead of borrowing a related one.

Can Tribble tell a study you ran from one you only proposed?

Yes. Tribble answers experience questions from your approved experience summary, and a study that appears only in a past proposal is never counted as experience.

Can Tribble answer vendor qualification questionnaires before a sponsor audit?

Yes. Tribble answers qualification questionnaires from your SOP index, training records and validation summaries, and sends only new or changed questions to quality.

How does Tribble keep quality agreement terms the same in every response?

Tribble answers from your standard quality agreement as legal approved it. When a term changes, every new response uses it, and the answer record shows which documents went out under the old one.

Can business development use Tribble at a bid defense?

Yes. Tribble Engage answers in Teams or Slack with the source attached, suggests answers live on recorded calls, and drafts the follow-up to Outlook.

How is Tribble different from the response library we already have?

Tribble tracks the source, owner and version of every answer, and sends anything it isn’t sure of to the right person. A library stores answers, but it can’t tell which are out of date or which rest on an SOP that changed.

Bring your last sponsor RFI.

Send a redacted RFI, a vendor qualification questionnaire or a sponsor RFP. We’ll answer it from your own material on the call, and show you which questions Tribble would send to your clinical operations, quality and validation owners. If you don’t have one handy, we’ll use ours.
